Webinar 20 January 2022: “Budget Law 2022: the key points” (Italian only)

On Thursday 20 January 2022, from 5.30 to 6.30 pm, on WTS R&A’s YouTube channel, our Firm will hold a Corporate and Tax Webinar on “Legge di Bilancio 2022: i punti chiave” (in Italian language).

The changes with more impact for companies introduced by the Budget Law and by other provisions in force from 2022 will be discussed. From the effects on Financial Statements 2021 to the tax breaks referred to R&D costs, with a nod to the recent developments in the VAT field, from the extension of the use of electronic invoicing to the new INTRASTAT models to the other changes in force from 2022.

The last part of the webinar will be dedicated to a review of the key issues relating to foreign equity investments: dividends, capital gains, CFCs. The matter, although not modified by the Budget Law, was in fact the subject of important official interpretations in the last part of 2021.
