Chiara Mejnardi is a Managing Associate at WTS R&A Studio Tributario. She is responsible for the VAT and indirect tax area and deals mainly with VAT in foreign relations and transfer pricing. She accrued relevant experience in tax consulting referred to transnational supply chain reorganization projects, on supervising tax compliance for permanent establishments in Italy of foreign entities and VAT fulfillments for non-established entities having a VAT registration in Italy, on the support in tax refund procedures and on the assistance to companies during tax assessment and/or tax litigation procedures, including the drafting and filing of mutual agreement procedures. Recently she is maturing a distinctive specialization in the digital sector for consulting on the e-commerce business and in the green economy, with a focus on the measures in favor of eco-friendly sustainable development.
